By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please give accurate details when ordering, and don't misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders or trying to interfere with how it works.
03Products
Tea is a natural product: its colour, aroma and the appearance of the leaf can vary slightly between batches. Photos are for illustration and packaging designs may change. The best-before date is printed on every pack.
04Prices
All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST and delivery. Prices may change from time to time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order. If a price was listed in error, we will contact you before dispatch.
05Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm the order by phone, WhatsApp or email. We may decline or cancel an order as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Up to 20 packs of each item can be ordered at a time — for larger quantities, use our wholesale enquiry.
06Payment
You can pay by Cash on Delivery — paying the delivery person the amount shown at checkout — or, where offered at checkout, online by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner Cashfree Payments; we do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details. An order paid online is placed once Cashfree confirms the payment.
07Delivery, cancellations and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
08Reviews
If you submit a review, you allow us to publish it on this website with your name and city. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, misleading or unrelated to our products.
09Intellectual property
The Trio Sip name and logo, product photos, pack designs and the text on this website belong to Triosip Enterprises and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Siliguri, West Bengal.
12Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place your order applies to that order.
13Grievance officer
If you have a complaint about an order or about how we handle your information, contact our grievance officer. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month of receipt.
