Ordering & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your pack size, add it to your cart and go to checkout. Enter your name, mobile number and delivery address, then place your order — no account needed. We'll confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Pay online at checkout — UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet, processed securely by Cashfree Payments — or choose Cash on Delivery and pay the delivery person in cash when your order arrives.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge until it is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us with your order ID. Once dispatched, you can still decline the parcel at delivery: Cash on Delivery orders aren't charged, and online payments are refunded once the parcel is back with us.
Delivery & tracking
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across India — it's already included in our pack prices, so the price you see is all you pay on delivery.
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of confirming your order, and most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after that. Remote areas and the North-East can take a little longer.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to serviceable PIN codes across India through Shiprocket and its courier partners. If your PIN code can't be served, we'll let you know before dispatch.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships we send the courier name and AWB number by SMS or WhatsApp. Use the Track Order page with your order ID and mobile number, or Shiprocket's tracking page with your AWB number.
Our tea
What pack sizes do you sell?
Premium CTC Tea comes in 250 g (₹120), 500 g (₹220), 1 kg (₹400). All prices include GST, and the larger packs work out cheaper per cup.
What is CTC tea?
CTC stands for Crush, Tear, Curl — the process that rolls tea leaves into small, even granules. CTC brews a strong, bright, full-bodied cup in minutes, which is why it's the favourite for milk chai across India.
How do I make a good cup of chai?
Boil one cup of water, add one heaped teaspoon (about 2.5 g) of Trio Sip CTC and let it simmer for 2–3 minutes until the colour turns deep copper. Add milk and sugar to taste, bring it back to the boil, strain and serve.
How should I store my tea, and how long does it last?
Keep it in an airtight container in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and strong smells. It is best used within 12 months of packing — the date is printed on every pack.
Returns & business
What if my pack arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the box and pack. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Do you supply tea in bulk?
Yes — we supply tea stalls, hotels, offices, canteens, retailers and distributors at dealer prices. Send a wholesale enquiry or message us on WhatsApp for our price list.
Is Trio Sip a licensed business?
Yes. Triosip Enterprises is an FSSAI-licensed food business (Lic. No. 12826006000167) and a GST-registered partnership firm (GSTIN 19AAZFT6088N1ZQ), packing tea at our own unit near Siliguri.
